Receiving Individual Protective Kit outside of distribution points and free of charge, due to handicaps

• Residents restricted to home will receive their IPKs by home delivery service, free of charge.
• Persons unable to leave home are: people restricted to home due to handicaps, and with no immediate relatives able to receive the kit on their behalf.
• We emphasize that distribution points are within 30 km. of any residence and are accessible by public transportation.
• If you wish to inquire whether you are eligible for home delivery service, free of charge, you may contact the Israel Post information center at 171 or *2237.
• Should you find that you are eligible for home delivery service, free of charge, an Israel Post representative will coordinate the date and the time of delivery, and an appropriate kit will be delivered to you.
• Should you be found ineligible for home delivery service, free of charge, but in your opinion, you are entitled to such service, you may appeal to the Home Front Command using an appropriate application form, and your request will be considered.
